Returns & Refund Policy
Because our products are considered perishable items, we are unable to accept returns once an order has left our facility. Live mealworms, dehydrated mealworms, and related products can be affected by temperature, handling, and time in transit. For health, safety, and quality control reasons, these items cannot be re-stocked or re-shipped once they have left our facility.
By placing an order with Arkansas Redneck Mealworm Farm, you agree that:
- All sales of live and dehydrated mealworms are final.
- We do not accept returns of any perishable products.
- We cannot issue refunds for products that have been improperly stored or cared for after delivery.
Order Issues & Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, appears to be lost in transit, or you believe there is a problem with your shipment, please contact us as soon as possible using the information on our Contact Us page.
To help us assist you, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and product. We will review each situation and, at our sole discretion, may offer a replacement shipment or other appropriate solution.
